CSPDWeek Playbook

CSPDWeek provides teachers a week-long, 30-hour professional development experience in computer science content and pedagogical practices providing PD credits for recertification. South Carolina hosted the first annual CSPDWeek July 20-24, 2020, the second CSPDWeek July 26-30, 2021, and the third CSPDweek July 25-29, 2022, all virtual. The first Indiana CSPDWeek was held in June 2022 in-person at Indiana University, and Arizona CSPDWeek 2022 took place in-person in June at Xavier College Preparatory. SC CSPDWeek 2021, 2022, and Indiana CSPDWeek 2022 were funded by a federal Department of Education, Innovation Education and Research (EIR) grant. The other events included in this guide secured funding from a mixture of other sources.
