Improving Outcomes Through Early Exposure to Careers

Defined helps educators prepare students for the future workforce by providing students as young as kindergarten with career-connected learning opportunities. Giving students early exposure to careers levels the playing field by ensuring that every child has an opportunity to chart a course toward an inspiring future.

Across all of Defined’s products, we aim to produce culturally relevant content that reflects our multicultural society. Our philosophy underscores the powerful message from the legendary Founder of the Children’s Defense Fund, Marian Wright Edelman, who said, “You can’t be what you can’t see”.
