The Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) is excited to announce the 15 participants of the 2025–26 CSTA IMPACT Fellowship. The CSTA IMPACT Fellowship, formerly known as the CSTA Equity Fellowship, is a prestigious, year-long leadership development program focused on creating Inclusive, Meaningful, and Powerful Approaches to Computing Teaching (IMPACT). This fellowship is made possible in partnership with Microsoft and Google.

These 15 fellows have positively impacted CS learning outcomes through instructional practices for all students and implemented strategies to support access, engagement, and achievement in computer science education. These fellows were selected from over 140 applicants and represent 12 states. Sixty-seven percent of the fellows teach PreK-12 students, and 33 percent train or support teachers.

The IMPACT framework broadens this commitment to addressing disparities in CS access and engagement by integrating measurable outcomes and emphasizing powerful teaching practices for all students. This program will provide leadership opportunities to these fellows and will elevate their voices in the PK-12 community. It will support them in creating sustainable, professional learning experiences for the CSTA community by designing and implementing a project to promote measurable outcomes.

You’ll have the chance to engage with their work at the CSTA 2026 Annual Conference, set for July 13-15, 2026, in New Orleans, and during the CSTA Professional Learning Series. Their work will be featured on the CSTA website, and you’ll get to learn more about these fellows via CSTA’s The Voice.
