Students with certain disabilities often need accessibility technologies—such as screen readers, eye tracking, and voice or switch control—to effectively use computers. This session will demonstrate common accessibility tools to better prepare computer science teachers to support disabled students. Participants will explore how to make their curricula, tools, and programming environments compatible with these technologies. While not required, teachers are encouraged to bring an iPad to gain firsthand experience with accessibility features during the session. Presented by: Richard Ladner
