Our theme is all about inclusion of CS and AI across core content areas. Computer science doesn’t live in a silo, and this year’s sessions will spotlight how CS thinking, tools, and creativity can strengthen ELA, math, science, social studies, and more. Whether you teach AP CSA or coach 4th graders through their first algorithm, there’s something for you.
This one-day conference brings together educators, industry professionals, and vendors to share ideas, explore resources, and spark inspiration. Enjoy engaging sessions, connect with peers, and walk away with new strategies to bring CS and AI to life in your classroom. Plus—don’t miss out on swag, prizes, and delicious food!
Join us Saturday, October 3rd, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm at the James Reese Career and Technology Center in Sugarland.
Educators:
Your registration includes access to amazing sessions, vendor booths, prizes, and lunch. Do you want to go, but the cost is holding you back? Don’t worry we have an “app” for that! We are currently accepting applications for scholarships. Scholarships are for eligible teachers and will cover the cost of registration. Scholarship and Proposal Applications are due Friday, August 28th at midnight. Teachers will be notified by Friday, September 4th.
Be sure that you register to attend the conference, the total fee is $75. Breakfast and Lunch is included in the price. You must be sure to select the attendee option at checkout.
Vendors:
We have an amazing line-up of sessions for our educators. Your registration fee includes a table in our vendor area with electrical hookups available. The fee is broken up into different parts, but the total to have one table is $150 There will be a dedicated vendor time during the day for our amazing teachers to stop by and interact with your table. You must be sure to select the Vendor option at checkout. If you need an additional table, please also select Vendor-Extra table option at checkout. Each table is an additional $50.
